Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani says that “Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS.”
Appearing on Fox News’s “The O’Reilly Factor” on Wednesday, Giuliani blasted Barack Obama, arguing that his attendance at a baseball game in Cuba in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attack in Brussels “embarrassed me as an American.” (RELATED: President Obama Jokes About Baseball As Belgium Burns [VIDEO])
Turning to Clinton, Giuliani said the former secretary of state “had her chance” to develop a plan to fight ISIS, however, “She helped create ISIS. Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS.”
“By being part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq,”
Giuliani claimed. “By being part of an administration that let [former
Prime Minister of Iraq Nouri] Maliki run Iraq into the ground so you
forced the Shiites to make a choice.”

Host Bill O’Reilly then asked Giuliani, “How did she help ISIS?”
He added that Clinton did not intervene “in Syria at the
proper time,” as well as “by being part of an administration that drew
12 lines in the sand and made a joke out of it.”
Playing devil’s advocate, O’Reilly interjected, “I want to be fair to
Hillary Clinton. As Secretary of State she could not force Barack Obama
to do anything. The only thing she could have done was resigned. that’s
it.”
Agreeing, Giuliani added, “Which is what a patriot does.”
